Apologies for the delay in getting back to you.The section on policy development was removed from the charter because there was a general consensus that the document was too lengthy, with too many detailed points and enumerations. We decided to shorten the entire charter, and as part of that, we omitted the section on policy development since it does not need to be explicitly mentioned. Most working group charters, including our current one, do not specifically reference policy development.
