For those that do use smtp, and to identify those isps that refuse to stop abusing others, there needs to be a list. and, if you are an isp, making money from pushing packets, you need to be responsible for what packets you are puching, from child porn to common spam. for someone who do not care, you do rant and rave a lot though. and yes, technology will improve so that horse carts are not on the autobahn, but even when there are no horsecarts on the autobahn you still cannot push child porn or other rubbish on the autobahn as the autobahn has rules for all the cars traveling on it.
