This is the equivalent of saying, you shouldn't do anything against drunk driving, after all most people don't do it. This flawed argument works for almost all abuse. It is and excuse you use to not take responsibility. You are already now paying a price for it, people will block you. So in the end it's up to you. Set up an abuse process and act.
