Dear working group,

I am writing with regards to our IP being blocked by Rostelecom (Russia).  We have tried to contact them using the mailing list from the RIPE database but we still did not get any answer. I have also tried ENOG without success.

I wonder if someone has a good contact to them or an idea to get their attention ;-)
