Small clarification about what the proposal is asking for:
“Avoid exclusively automated processing”
So, I’m fine with automated processing, AI or anything that in the future we or our robots or the robots that they create for us, however the goal is to guarantee that at the end, instead of a “no response to an abuse report”, a human is reachable.
