On the other hand I almost never complain as I believe it is an error not to fix the problem yourself.
Splitting good from eval IS helpful. Simplification IS helpful (for complainants and programmers and receivers) and will help everybody to send complaints to the right person. Sending complaints raises the pressure to handle complaints. Identifying uncooperative member helps also.
