If you have problems contacting an ISP in the UK and getting an abuse issue dealt with then please feel free to contact myself or my colleagues and we'll make an effort to use our contacts within the UK ISP community to get it resolved on your behalf. That's an offer extended to any list members.
I feel that would be a lot more constructive than this current discussion.
