Helmut, you could try sending an unsubscribe message to <anti-abuse-wg-request@ripe.net> (just put "unsubscribe" in the subject line). But this won't work if you're subscribed with an address different from the one you're currently using.
Given that there are few, if any, email clients that display List-* headers by default, why would administrators of an anti-abuse list think use of those headers alone is in any way helpful to someone in Helmut's situation.
