Tell them about the RIPE Abuse Finder or any other API, where they can put in an IP and "always" get back an abuse contact and they will be absolutely happy.

So you want to educate people. Then maybe you want to make a proposal about that instead of making things mandatory and hope it will fix itself. Groet, MarcoH (no hats)
