Billy has a lot of experience in the internet industry and especially in the names and number resource side of it. He has been serving the RIPE Community for several year as a co-chair for the Database Working Group and has a very good understanding of the RIPE NCC workings due to his work on the Accountability Task Force. I think that his knowledge and experience would bring a lot of required experience to the Executive Board.
