Dmitry has the role of ICANN liaison within the EB. I had the opportunity to share various "IP community" ideas and conversations during ICANN and RIPE meetings and I have to admit that Dmitry succeeded in adding complementary views to opinions I could had, that is particularly enriching. Consequently I naturally support Dmitry's nomination for the RIPE NCC Executive Board.
