As former Managing Director of RNIDS (2013–2017), he led the registry through a period of significant technical and operational growth. A pioneer of the Serbian internet community, he co-founded SezamPro, one of Serbia's largest ISPs, and authored the foundational document known as 'Danko's Paper' which initiated the reform of the .YU national internet domain and laid the groundwork for the establishment of RNIDS, as a non-governmental not-for-profit registry of .rs ccTLD. He would bring a grounded operator perspective, a genuine commitment to the bottom-up community model, and South-Eastern European representation to the RIPE NCC Executive Board.
