I think you are correct. 'Published' is also much easier to verify for the IPRA's than 'clear'. Unfortunately the webcasts are not available online yet, but IIRC there was agreement to use 'published'. Does anybody remember differently? Thanks, Sander

We were in danger of wordsmithing with a few hundred people in the room, but it tended towards "published" at the end. http://ripe61.ripe.net/archives/steno/2/ A search for "Blessing" takes you towards the conclusion of the discussion... :) Rob
