Not everything on the internet is a bussiness with needs and a large bag of cash. Please also consider the non-profit organisations with valid reasons of running their own PI network.

I'd be quite interested in hearing/reading your thoughts about the 'valid reasons' you see. I currently can't think of any non-multihoming PI requirement in establishing internet access for enterprises (and non-profits / ngo are alike in the meanwhile) that validate driving additional cost for every network to support their PI without technical need. kind regards, Marcus
