However, a reference to this changed policy was overlooked in this previous update: 5.4 Sub-allocations: ... Downstream network operators efficiently using a /22 sub-allocation qualify to receive a /20 PA allocation from the RIPE NCC if they decide to become an LIR themselves. ...
