Emilio, thank you for your help and assistance :) Dear AP Working Group, The 2012-10 proposal now moved to Review phase, so I would like to encourage you to read the draft again, as now it also contains the "Impact analysis" (that actually says "no impact" :) ) The proposers would like to thank you for *overwhelming* support in Discussion phase and would like to invite to express the support (or not-support) again - because of the procedural reasons. As per the PDP, a silent Review Phase does not mean consensus or support from the community. So if things remain silent, the APWG co-chairs may end up having trouble deciding how to move things forward. Thank you very much, Jan Zorz (on behalf of the proposers - Mark, Jordi and Jan)

Dear Address Policy WG, the review phase for 2012-10 has ended. Looking at the comments we got from the list in this phase, I counted 9 voices supporting the proposal, nobody objecting to it, and no side track discussions that hint at confusion about details. This is as strong supports as it gets (in addition to the overwhelming support in the discussion phase), so we think that we definitely have enough support to call consensus and move to Last Call. Emilio will do the formal announcement from the PDO later today or tomorrow. If you disagree with our interpretation of what has been said, and the conclusion we have drawn from it, please let us know.
