Customer size is a non-argument for v6. 5 BIG COMPANIES will receive the same 5 /48s as 5 small dsl customers. (Now if you offer dial-up services for all employees of 5 BIG COMPANIES, you'll reach 200 end site assignments very quickly - so, again, no problem with the 200-user rule here). But I think the whole point of the discussion is that the rule is pretty pointless.
