a cursory look over the changes is giving me a warm fuzzy feeling. I need more time to look over it, but right now there's nothing I can see which stands out as obviously harmful. I'm mildly concerned that you're defining previously undefinable terms like "End User", "End Site" and that sort of thing - if anything, these terms belong in a separate document. Nick
