I just called one of the AP WG chairs and gave him a gentle nudge on the topic.

I’m pretty sure they will get back to us on this pretty soon. ( My guess is within 2 weeks.)

Nudge received :-) We are still going through the whole mailing list archive to see which concerns were raised and how they were addressed. Quite a lot of messages were sent about this proposal over the last months! We're working on it. - Sander APWG co-chair
