Which ivory tower? The one with the big banner to the other big ivory tower containing the words that IPv4 routing policies do not equal the ones for IPv6?
More the like of that which Daniel referred to. Real-Life v6 will not happen unless certain infrastructure, often provided by end sites, is online. Maybe end sites need to be classified further.
