then why do we need a new policy?  To make one change at a time (+the directly necessary things following from that). In this case: Removal of the dual-homing requirement, because it no longer reflects the operational realities of ASN use.

you like rpsl? RPSL is best when you replace it with ASPA right before delivery.

But I would argue that this change (esp. given that it was introduced by the NCC to 'simplify' things) should be its own proposal, given the complexity it pulls in. With best regards, Tobias
