Some of the participants in this discussion seem to forget, always now and then, that the 'net and the ISPs are not existing for the benefit of themselves, but in order to provide service(s) to the users. Most of the time, the "infinitely distant users" are the primary soure of the money that keeps the 'net, the ISPs, the RIRs (and the scientists) in business. ;-) Wilfried.
