So accept that situation and give up. 2) Continue with 2009-01 with a view to aligning things with the other RIRs except ARIN. Perhaps that might persuade ARIN to reconsider. It's also good PR because we're committing to making recovered space available for the greater good, even if that recovered space will probably just exist as an abstract concept.
