I think it would be good if the IA could say a few words on how the NCC would deal with this case. Basically there's a few options - "you are out of luck, as there is no space to make this a /28" or "you can trade in your /32-reserved-/29, and get a new /28 instead", or something else. Allocating a second noncontiguous /29 "to get to a /28" would sound like a bad idea to me as the proposal talks about "nibbles" and "aggregation" :-) (I'm sure you've thought of all of this already, but just wanted to mention my thoughts on this) Gert Doering -- NetMaster -- have you enabled IPv6 on something today...?
