hi, excuse, even slower than usual here due to persistent jet lag. assume for the moment that the ncc reg services folk are genetically averse to making judgement calls let they be accused of, i don't know, making judgement calls. so, given a large blob of rpsl, it might help if you would outline the explicit criteria the reg services folk would use to decide if an nth asn is justified? randy
