this certainly creates work for the applicant, possibly enough to slow down the process of ASN acquisition. It also creates work for the RIPE NCC and someone needs to pay the RIPE NCC
I'm sure this scenario is not beyond the limits of automation. One ASN per LIR, then block any more requests for 24h (or whatever). Any of the NCC software bods want to comment on how hard this could possible be? rgds, Sascha Luck
