between those two, was there a call for volunteers?
Because we still have two co-chairs there is no immediate need to recruit a replacement. Instead, we'd like to encourage anyone considering joining the team to contact us to discuss what is involved.
that looks more like "we do not seek volunteers," and a strong singal discouraging new blood. fwiw, i an a long term alex fan. but i have enough german ancestry to be over fond of process. we really need to be careful of unintentional gatekeeping. randy
