I found it convincing, but most likely I'm not as pessimistic yet regarding what people might be willing to do for a bit of extra money. (I do also see the risk for the buyer as totally inacceptable, as long as there are "official and documentable" transfers available) Anyway: formally we're outside any phase where opposition to the proposal would be recorded, so I take this as clarification regarding my summary (thanks).
