Just for clarity (because I got another inquiry by personal mail) - in Last Call, no further statements of support are formally required, that is, if not a single mail is received in Last Call phase, this is still considered by the PDP as "support" (based on the support in the previous phases) - "silence is consent", in and *only in* the Last Call phase.
