The RIPE policies cover allocation and assignment. How you announce the addresses (and what other people/companies will accept from you) is out of scope for RIPE policies. The RIPE Routing WG has a recommendations on that (http://www.ripe.net/ripe/docs/ripe-399), but there is no policy.
