Hello. I strongly oppose this proposal. Why there are no proposal with increasing IPv4 Allocations to /19, for example? Why many years ago new LIRs get /19 for free, but today we need to reduce new members? Let check how many IPv4 not announce by BGP or return 250.0.0.0/8 to the free pool. This proposal aims to reduce the IPv4 allocation size to a /24 once the RIPE NCC is unable to allocate contiguous /22 ranges.
