This is not my decision. It's up to the working group to decide on the policy they want to have.
That's why I was asking for your opinion.
The current proposal is a somewhat-balanced compromise, but in no way cast in stone (yet :) ).
It also appears to be under the shadow of the conservation syndrome as this seems to be the only justification to limit the usage of an RFC documented operational procedure. Joao
