An important point about this proposal to keep in mind.
Our initial goal is to address multiple changes as discussed in the IPv6 policy overall review during the last months, mainly moving all allocations to nibble boundary, replacing the HD-Ratio for a simpler method and facilitate aggregation.
We have a draft text of the “complete" proposal, but it has been suggested that is better to split it in 2-3 proposals to simplify the discussion. This way the community can agree in every step even if it takes longer to reach consensus on the complete final goal, but if we agree only in a few changes, that’s better than nothing.

As per the RIPE Policy Development Process (PDP), the purpose of
