Well, in JP you also have to get your addresses from a NIR and you will have a local whoisdb in Japaneese...etc...it's a different model entirely.
How is it different if this japanese /32 is in my routing tables? I'm getting pretty tired of this IP business. Maybe I should do something easy for a living, like breeding flying pigs.
