Without beeing yours customer for transit ? If yes, I suppose that you charge them for using your PA addresses.
I’m pretty sure he is not doing it for free. And with the current market, providing transit to a customer doesn’t mean that they can blindly request additional IP’s without any additional financial contractual agreement I presume. There are already some ISP’s that charge for additional IP addresses on a service. And I would expect that this would become more the standard than the exception . . . Charge extra for IPv4 addresses, provide v6 for free. Regards, Erik Bais
