Hi Mehdi, One of the biggest providers of Geolocation for IP's is Maxmind - makers of GeoIP. And as you say, testing on their website (http://www.maxmind.com/en/lookup <http://www.maxmind.com/en/lookup> ) shows this range as being Iran. I registered its IPs in Google' support (https://support.google.com/websearch/contact/ip), unfortunately the problem hasn't solved yet.
