Please forgive my elementary question – the request for you to complete this work was not recorded in the draft minutes [0] so I am not sure of the context of this proposed policy change. Is this related to the personal ASN debate (item F)? Could the NCC provide some data on how many ASN request tickets are turned down?
To provide some context here: The "I was asked" was not an item from the WG, but an informal request some people in the community and the chairs, noting that this might be a relevant matter to work on (given that, in practice, the dual-homing requirement ist not overly well observed in practice anyway).
