so, given a large blob of rpsl, it might help if you would outline the explicit criteria the reg services folk would use to decide if an nth asn is justified?

to maybe be a bit clearer, or at least say it a different way, you seem to have chosen a syntax ( from the 1990s :) but have not made the semantics clear enough that i can understand them. likely my fault, of course. randy
