One caveat here, which some may not be aware of. The "EU" code represents allocations which are made by RIPE-NCC in Europe, but not specific to a country. Likewise, APNIC uses "AP" to denote similar allocations in the Asia Pacific region. Records featuring these codes (EU and AP) do NOT represent totals for all allocations in the region. To achieve this you need to add up allocations for all countries or economies you are interested in.
