William, all, I have re-read the document as shared on March, 19th. I support the document as a final version. In particular, I support the 15 recommendations. Two obeservations: potentially as a side effect of not using original MS software, some of the recommendations seem to be slightly different from the text version when they appear in the final enumeration, with recommendation not being introduced in the full text? the text mentions that everybody participates on an individual basis but also says that the community consists of 'individuals and entitiues'. Finally, I do have a concern that the descreiption of consensus is goihg to be used as a normative recipe, which I think it should not. That said, let's go ahead with the doc! Best regards, Peter
