Hi Alexander, Sorry for the confusion - I’ll take care to include polls as separate emails with appropriate subjects in future. Cheers Antony

Hello!
I have strange feelings about RIPE NCC mail system. I'v recieved this e-mail 1 hour ago (about 13:00 Moscow time 21 December 2017), while poll asks me to choose 19 and 20th of December, and there are some persons who selected those times in past succesfully.
Antony, could you check this strange delay with mail administrators? I suspect some security headers issues while delivering e-mail to google accounts.
There is also good housekeeping to give "Yes, if need be" option for Doodle polls.
Kind regards, Alexander

Hi everyone,
We are hoping to have a call this week, please fill out the Doodle Poll if you are able to make it: http://doodle.com/poll/6hqeseud6sbgkgb6
If we can’t get at least two thirds of the Task Force members (excluding RIPE NCC staff), we’ll postpone the call and send around another poll after Christmas.
Please note: there is an error in the current poll where the 11am-12pm option is actually set for 11am-12am the next day. We’re unable to fix this and in the interests of keeping things simple, we’ll stick with the current poll.
Cheers
Antony
