Dear task force members, I have added your input from the previous two calls to the draft document. You'll find this in blue on pages 7 & 8. I have also uploaded this as a Google Doc. You don't need a Google account to edit or comment: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1oWU3HFNw4Ts7y_49bSS4B-q4VncVWVXYmBN-T16b... The Google Doc might be the easiest way to collect edits and feedback - though feel free to send text to the list or to me directly and I can incorporate this. I can also look at incorporating the text from Malcolm's document on consensus into the report - though I've held-off on doing this for now. Cheers Antony
