Hi Peter, Anthony offered help here. When subscription requests are received, he will ask if the intention is to just monitor the TF discussions or be a member of the TF. If the latter, then the person will be introduced to the rest of the TF, their name will be added to the website and they will be also invited to the calls and meetings. If the first, they will be basically observers and if they happen to be disruptive to the TF's work then we can decide if we can switch to a closed setting with a good reason. Kind regards Filiz On Wed, Feb 1, 2017 at 5:15 PM, Peter Koch <pk@denic.de> wrote:

Based on the feedback from the working group, the chairs have determined that the task force will open the mailing list for membership and participation consistent with the openness and transparency of the community. This will enable others to follow or participate in the task force. The task force may re-visit this decision in the future if necessary.
could the chairs please clarify how membership (of the TF as opposed of the mailing list) will be defined then?
